Cloud House IT
A technology business covering professional websites, managed IT, Microsoft 365, automation and practical AI solutions.
Technology • Service Delivery • Business
I’ve spent my career making technology work for people and businesses.
I’m an experienced enterprise technology and service-delivery professional, as well as the founder of Cloud House IT.
My background spans Microsoft 365, cloud services, migrations, end-user computing, technical support and service delivery. I now bring that experience into practical website, IT, automation and AI projects for businesses that want technology to make things simpler.

I’ve worked across enterprise, financial-services, public-sector, professional-services and managed-service environments, supporting business-critical technology, service delivery and large-scale change.
That experience has shaped how I approach technology today: understand the requirement, keep responsibilities clear, communicate properly, avoid unnecessary complexity and remain honest about what a solution can and cannot do.
Cloud House IT is the next stage of that journey, combining established technology experience with websites, managed services, automation and practical uses of AI.

What I’m Building
Alongside enterprise technology work, I’m developing Cloud House IT and a small number of carefully chosen projects that combine technology, business and practical problem solving.
Founder
A technology business covering professional websites, managed IT, Microsoft 365, automation and practical AI solutions.
Building clear, professional websites with structured enquiry journeys, managed hosting and ongoing Website Care.
Exploring ways to reduce repetitive administration, organise information and improve routine business processes.
Developing practical AI uses that focus on genuine outcomes rather than adding AI for appearance.
Approach
I like useful technology, but I’m not interested in making something more complicated simply to make it sound impressive.
My approach is to understand the problem, define the responsibilities, choose the simplest workable solution and communicate clearly throughout.
1
Start with the people, process and desired outcome before choosing technology.
2
Avoid pretending that every tool, platform or idea can solve every problem.
3
Explain decisions in plain English and make ownership clear.
4
Consider what happens after launch, including support, management and future change.
Outside Work
Away from work, I enjoy padel, technology projects, new business ideas and learning by building things rather than only reading about them.
I’m naturally curious about how organisations work, where unnecessary friction appears and whether a sensible use of technology can improve it.
